Privacy Notice — KDP Ads Optimization

KDX Digital Solution Limited ("we", "us") runs KDP Ads Optimization, an internal tool that manages Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns for our own books and for the authors who have given us access to their Amazon Ads accounts.

What we access

When you authorize the tool through Login with Amazon, we receive an access token for the Amazon Ads API. We use it to read campaign, keyword and performance data, and to change bids and keyword status in the advertising accounts you have authorized. We don't access your Amazon shopping account or payment details.

How we use it

Only to manage and report on the campaigns of the authorized accounts. The data is never sold, rented or shared with third parties.

Where it's stored

In our own systems (Google Cloud and our automation platform), accessible only to our team. Access tokens are stored encrypted.

Retention and deletion

We keep campaign data for as long as we manage the account. You can revoke access at any time from your Amazon account settings, or ask us to delete your data by writing to alessandro.aloisio@kdxdigitalsolution.com.
